I found process work about four years ago and from the very beginning felt attracted to its depth and various ways of connecting to myself that it opened. I remember two phrases from the first group meeting that stayed with me until this day: „Go deeper“ and „Take your power“. It was a kind of invitation that I began to follow – seminar by seminar, inner work by inner work. And then the studies of process work began, I became a student. But invitation stayed the same: go deeper, take your power. I am making my first steps in working with people, feeling really humble about it and at the same time fascinated by different processes that I am witnessing.
In my professional life I am also a writer, translator and a teacher in Waldorf-Steiner School. I have three children, live in the forest, love to spend time in nature, sing and dance. And if I can choose between cooking and process work, I always choose process work.

Embodied Psychotherapy Practitioner | Process Work Student and Practitioner
Vilnius, Lithuania
I have been working with individuals as bodywork and movement therapist since 2019. I completed my professional training in integrative and body-oriented psychotherapy in 2025 and am currently studying Process-Oriented Psychology. With clients who come through the Process Work community, I intentionally orient my work within the Process-Oriented Psychology paradigm, following the client’s process and emerging meaning. I work with themes such as psychosomatic symptoms, boundaries, self-worth, relationships, and questions of meaning, supporting people in reconnecting with their inner strength and sense of agency. I especially welcome people who feel tired of purely talk-based therapy and are seeking a more experiential approach that also includes a spiritual dimension. Alongside my therapeutic work, I bring 12 years of experience as a birth doula, with a deep sensitivity to themes of birth, pregnancy, fertility and motherhood.
I offer individual sessions in Lithuanian and English, both in person at a studio in Vilnius and online.

Coach and group facilitator
Processwork is my way of living. It helps me to experience deeper meaning behind everyday life.
I fell in love with processwork in 2019 and started this path right away. It’s been a ride since then. I gathered my knowledge and experience in a field of psychology studying Gestalt, experiential learning, adaptive leadership, working and teaching at private and public universities.
I have the authority to run therapy sessions and work with groups under the supervision of my guiding team and teachers.
I’m fascinated by all forms of art, love dancing and poetry.
I invite you to the journey of self discovery.
Let’s go.

Gestalt Psychotherapist & Mediator & Process Work Practitioner
Vilnius, Lithuania
My path into Process Work began with two dreams. After having them, I attended an introduction to Process Work studies. In that moment, the dreams became clear as an invitation — one that I chose to follow.
Since then, I have been studying Process Work and gradually integrating it with Gestalt psychotherapy. This is an ongoing learning process, where both approaches continue to inform, challenge, and deepen my work.
In my work, I pay attention to what is happening on the surface and to what quietly unfolds underneath: body sensations, emotions, relational tensions, inner movements, and subtle signals that often carry more truth than words alone.
I see symptoms, conflicts, and life transitions not as problems to be fixed, but as invitations to become more aligned with oneself and with life.
I work with individuals and couples, offering sessions in Lithuanian and English, both in person and online.
